OPC was awarded the mandate to organize the 6th edition of the ADSE (Aerospace, Defence, and Security Expo), a world-class aerospace conference held each summer in Abbotsford, British Columbia.

With more than 350 participants, this event included guest speakers, high-ranking officials and key industry players delivering engaging talks on a wide range of topics relevant to the aerospace sector.

As a representative of the Aerospace Industries Association of Canada (AIAC), OPC acted as a key consultant with the goal of revising the event’s formula to encourage growth for future editions.

Our team reimagined the trade show, creating an attractive gathering space for delegates, in addition to featuring the B2B/2GO application to facilitate meetings between participants in a dedicated lounge space.

In addition to logistics, OPC managed the general plan and was on hand for the event’s principal sponsors: Lockheed Martin and Cascade. An airplane hangar made for a unique setting for an evening cocktail reception, and the Abbotsford Air Show provided an exciting backdrop for a festive event on the final evening.

Against the background of the majestic Mount Baker, the event was a bona fide success!
