Jean-Pierre Dubois
Jean-Pierre Dubois has been working in event planning and organization for over 20 years. Over the years, he has developed an expertise that many organizations have put to profit. A driven man who pours his heart and soul into everything he sets about doing, he founded OPC Events in 2002. Jean-Pierre will seize any opportunity to explore new and innovative ideas and carry them out with his team. Energetic and filled with a catching enthusiasm, he is always ready to face a new challenge.
As a result of his many years of experience and the diverse events he has put together, Jean-Pierre has built and maintained a solid reputation in the event planning community with projects in Canada, the United-States and Europe. Through the years, Jean-Pierre and his team have stunned and amazed clients while overseeing successful events.

Isabelle Moïse
A graduate of the Bachelor of Business Administration from HEC Montreal (Marketing and Management), Isabelle has 15 years of experience in event organization and management. With over a hundred events to her credit, Isabelle has demonstrated skills in planning, management and organization in addition to possessing impressive communicational skills. Passionate about marketing and always on the lookout for new trends, she can advise clients in order for their efforts to always be current and innovative. She brings rigorous planning, sound budgetary management, creativity in the ideation of concepts and a well appreciated simplicity in dealing with customers.
Isabelle, who is fluent in three languages , was entrusted with the management of several international conferences and brilliantly represents clients in trade missions abroad, particularly in Europe, the USA and South America. These experiences allowed her to develop a greatly appreciated expertise in the international market.
Since 2013, Isabelle serves as an independent consultant in project management and event marketing. She is particularly pleased to be able to combine her expertise with that of the OPC team.
Marilyne Dubois
Marilyne is a devoted traveller, and her year-long journey to Australia and New Zealand opened her eyes to the things she is passionate about. She returned to Quebec with the desire to specialize in tourism and began a Bachelor’s degree in tourism and hotel management at UQAM in 2008.
After returning from her final school project in international studies, which took place in Malaysia, Marilyne developed her skills in analysis and research while working for the Transat Chair in Tourism and its Tourism Intelligence Network. She was involved in the execution of various research projects and moved up in the organization, and eventually given responsibility for communications. Marilyne has worked extensively in event planning, content distribution, and social media management, making her a perfect fit for the OPC team, which she joined in 2014.
Her passion, attention to detail and analytical skills shine through in all the projects she undertakes.
Stéphanie Morin
Creative and dynamic, Stephanie is a very versatile woman who loves teamwork.
Holder of a bachelor’s degree in animation at recherche culturelle and a certificate in administration from UQAM, she works for nearly 8 years in event management. She has held several positions in different big events and festivals as: The City of Montreal (Théâtre la Roulotte), La Ronde Six Flags (L’international des Feux Loto-Québec, La grande fête de l’Halloween), the parc Jean-Drapeau (La Fête des neiges, Les Week-ends du monde) as well as Vélo-Québec (Le Tour de l’île de Montréal), to then be Director of events and communications for 4 years at the Chambre de commerce de l’Est de Montréal, and recently sponsors account manager at Juste pour Rire. Besides her work, she is involved in several personal projects: theatrical improvisation, painting, and implication on the board of directors of various organizations. Those different passions, abilities and her artistic side have made her an innovative and efficient planner.
Marie Daudelin
Passionate and extroverted, Marie thrives under pressure. Efficiency, creativity and a pro-active spirit define her approach; she is always in search of a new challenge. The OPC team was happy to welcome her in 2015 as a Project Coordinator.
Her passion for event planning took form during her marketing studies at HEC Montréal, where she was involved in numerous events, including one of Canada’s largest graduation celebrations. Working as a volunteer with a host of not-for-profit organizations has greatly added to her experience with diverse event formats.
Outside of her vocation, world travel remains a passion of Marie’s. She has pursued adventures around the globe; barely done with one destination, she already has the next one in mind.
A reliable resource with a level head, Marie has a style that guarantees satisfaction for OPC’s clients.
Valérie Larose
Graduated in animation et recherche culturelle at the University of Quebec in Montreal, Valerie has completed her bachelor’s degree with a trimester in information et communication of the Université de Nice Sophia-Antipolis in France. Hard-working and gifted with a keen sense for efficiency, she makes it her duty to provide quality services. Last May, she coordinated the benefit of the Charles-Bruneau Cancer Centre Foundation. Wading in the field of communications, the transmission of information as well as in the design and the event logistics since 2016, she has been able to acquire interesting knowledge that is valuable assets in our organization. She also had the opportunity to work on the logistics of the graduation ceremony of the Polytechnique Montreal where more than 700 students have graduated.
Geneviève Harel
Holder of a bachelor’s degree in animation at recherche culturelle at UQAM, her training is primarily focused in culture. Geneviève got highly interested in the event industry when she organized – from A to Z – an “urban sugar shack” style fundraising as part of a course at the university. Since then, she has accumulated her experience working on different projects, including a gala for Asserpro, an insurance brokerage firm, as a coordinator, as well as for the Charles-Bruneau Cancer Centre Foundation. In 2017, she also had the opportunity to work on the first championship of the Formula E race, in Montreal; a major event. She completed her first mandate for the Aerospace Industries Association of Canada congress.
Laurence Dufour-Bouchard
Curious and always hungry for a challenge, Laurence has no problem stepping out of her comfort zone. Her many interests and passions have taken her around the world, and all share a common thread: they motivate her to explore the unknown.
Laurence has worked in communications since she was 16, and has her degree in this field from UQAM. Every year, she takes on all sorts of different projects, motivated by the excitement of the variety of professions and subject matters connected to the communications universe. To date, Laurence has dabbled in experimental marketing, journalism, and TV, web, and event production.
Laurence sets herself apart with her sense of responsibility, her logical mind and her determination. Laurence joins the OPC Events team in summer 2014.
She is now in charge of provingin techonologies to maximize synergy among your event delegates by offering them better opportunities to build business relationships.
Visionary and multi-talented, Laurence approaches every new project with both heart and mind, passion and rigour.
Nicolas Veilleux
Nicolas is a man of many passions and interests; his academic and professional careers are proof of this.
Originally from the Beauce region of Québec (where he was a lumberjack!), this graduate of the University of Montreal in film, communications, labour relations and philanthropic management has worked in several fields pertaining to event planning since his arrival in Montreal in 2006.
His professional curiosity and desire to deepen his knowledge led him to work in large public festivals in Quebec and abroad, in the organization of cultural events as well as event marketing, eventually joining the OPC team in early 2013.
Nicolas is always on the lookout for new trends, both in technology and in the development and creation of events. His ingenuity, rigor and attention to detail allow him to be a great asset both in management and in the field.

France Ménard
France joined OPC in 2013 to manage the company’s accounting. From Senez and associates, she is responsible for the proper administration of everything related to accounting for the agency.
