In mid-November, OPC was in charge of the organization of a large event at the Shaw Centre.

The 2016 edition of the Canadian Aerospace Summit hosted by the AIAC is one of OPC’s long-standing engagements.

With some of the biggest names in the aerospace sector on the program, the event was a resounding success. More than 1,000 participants — mainly senior management high-level officials — came together to discuss strategies for cooperation and growth. The event also boasted international appeal.

Once again, the event featured a trade show that included OEM companies, online networking via the B2B/2GO platform, keynote addresses by various government ministers, and an evening networking reception.

In addition to designing and executing the event, OPC coordinated all logistics, managing sponsors, partners, presenters, as well as budgeting and liaison with suppliers. This level of involvement requires close communication with the client, as well as a presence at every step along the way. It is this high level of commitment that enables us to meet — and often exceed — expectations.
